Essential Service: 2% + VAT
Complete buyer representation, from search to closing. It includes services 1 to 5.
Premium Service: 3% + VAT
Full buyer representation, plus post-sale support and settling in Messinia services. It includes services 1 to 6.
Final fee is calculated at the respective percentage of the approved purchase price.
Retainer Terms:
€2,000 + VAT paid upon signing the exclusivity agreement.
The retainer is deducted from the fee total. If no property is found within 30 days based on agreed criteria, the retainer is refundable.
