This ensures we can provide the highest level of dedicated service and negotiate the best terms on your behalf.

4. Professional Fees

Our fee structure will be clearly outlined in your signed representation agreement. Fees are typically:

• Based on a percentage of the final purchase price
• Payable upon successful completion of purchase
• Subject to a minimum fee for certain transactions
• Non-refundable for services rendered

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Respond promptly to communications and requests
